Before starting the process, divide the hair from the middle of the head into 4 sections - two at the back and two at the front. Apply Keratin Hair Food Salon Line to the neck, ears, around the face, at the hairline and on the scalp to avoid possible reactions. In case of touch-ups, also apply to the length of the hair. Put on gloves. Follow the three application steps below and do not skip any: 1. Preparation of the mixture: do not use metal materials. Always use plastic materials (comb and spatulas) 2. Application: start relaxing from the back, strand by strand, applying generously with the help of a brush. Cover all of the hair - and as quickly as possible - to ensure complete coverage of the entire head. After applying the relaxer, use the palm of your hand to smooth the areas where the product was applied, always working in the direction of the hair and never against it, as this effort may break the hair. Apply the relaxer by area. On virgin hair, gently massage it in 0.5 cm from the roots to the ends. Do not pull or stretch the hair. To obtain an even distribution, massage and lightly handle the hair with your hands and use the last few minutes of the relaxing time to massage the hair, checking if any area was left without application. 3. Rinse and neutralize: start rinsing from the back of the hair, carefully, with plenty of warm or room temperature water. Apply Salon Line Neutralizing Shampoo. It is essential for completely removing residue. 4. Conditioning and finishing: after the relaxer, neutralizer and rinse have been completed correctly, apply a Salon Line Conditioner of your choice. Distribute the Guanidine evenly throughout your hair and leave it on for 5 minutes, rinse and style as desired. Remember: ideally you should do a daily treatment with the Salon Line using Shampoo, Mask and Conditioner to make your hair even stronger. Attention: Do not apply the relaxer/straightener immediately after removing braids or extensions. It contains alkali. If your hair is already colored (permanent color, semi-permanent color, toner or emulsion, liquid color) or has any other type of chemical treatment, it is recommended to use the relaxer only on the roots that have grown out with at least 3 cm of virgin hair. Make sure that the transition area between the virgin part of the root and the colored part or the part with other chemicals is resistant, otherwise the hair may break.
